In double-row angular contact ball bearings, the raceways of the inner and outer rings are axially offset relative to each other, with contact angles ranging from 15° to 45°. This enables them to accommodate both axial and radial loads simultaneously. Capable of handling axial loads in both directions as well as substantial radial loads, these bearings are particularly suitable for arrangements requiring rigid axial guidance. A variety of shield and seal configurations are available for this type of bearing.
